Q. Do my current accessories (Scope Block Clamp) work with the V2 version ?
A. No, It will need to be updated along with another item - please contact us to have your v2 Update pack supplied.
Q. Do I have to order 6 of the same product ?
A. No, you can mix the codes as long as they the total quantity makes up a carton of 6 - see our product details for more information. This is also dependent on how your system is set up EA's or Box's - we recommend UOM be EA

Q. How do I order the Endotest Sample kit for our site.?

Online real time demonstrations can be arranged for new customers to view our product and its use before any departmental decisions to proceed
Q. Is training available ?
A. Endoworx supply/recommend full training in the use of the Endotest micro sampling method at the time of the first order of the product. This is offered free of charge with the first purchase and up to 6-12 months of use. After this time a fee may apply.
Real time Zoom demonstrations are available for those sites wanting more information on how the Endotest Sampling Kit works before making any purchasing decisions or as an alternate to face to face training
Q. Competencies ?
A. Endoworx can perform staff competencies for those staff members who have been trained and use our kits. We advise that staff should have used the kit for around 3 months first, fees may apply after 6 month
